25.01.2022 These are challenging times for people all around the world, and especially Victorians right now. But please remind yourself that this is temporary. If there’s one thing that we can all be certain of, it is that this too shall pass. In the meantime, be kind to yourself. Let it be ok to feel whatever it is you feel. Try to focus on how you can make the best of this time that you are required to stay at home. That might be by taking advantage of some much needed down time. Or that could be by perhaps preparing yourself, in some way, for when restrictions are lifted. Do you have anything specific you’d like to do when restrictions lift and the rebuilding starts? Regardless of how you choose to spend your time in lockdown, your self-care is more important than ever right now.

17.01.2022 Maryborough Behavioural Health looks forward to being able to resume in-person services at a later date but will continue to offer appointments by telehealth on Mondays and Tuesdays for the time being. We hope you are all keeping well and enjoying a little bit more social freedom but we encourage everyone to continue to practice social distancing where necessary, along with persistent hand hygiene, as it is increasingly important now that people will be out and about a lot more.
