23.01.2022 Beautiful gardens, thank you for sharing your photos.

22.01.2022 Maryborough Open House will be presented differently this year, we are unable to open physical doors to homes and buildings due to COVID-19 restrictions but would like to share some stories. We have created four stories and will be releasing a video a day about some of our favourite places to visit and some new places. First up the owners of Baddow House share the story of the restoration of this beautiful heritage landmark and family home.

20.01.2022 Maryborough Open House will be very different this year. We are going virtual. Due to COVID restrictions we won’t be able to open the physical doors, but we will be sharing stories of some old favourite buildings and some new stories. There will be some short stories released online from Saturday 26 September.

16.01.2022 MARYBOROUGH OPEN GARDENS 2020 IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE We are pleased to advise that the 2020 Maryborough Open Gardens will still proceed on 29 and 30 August 2020. However, due to Queensland Health Directives, the gardens will be open under strict protocols which must be followed by garden owners, volunteers and visitors. We are limited to a maximum of 30 people in a garden at any one time. There is simply no negotiation with this, as there is the health and well-being of... all to be considered, and compliance with legally enforceable directions by the Queensland Government is a must. Due to the new COVID measures there may be additional wait times to enter the gardens, and there could be limits on the time that visitors are able to spend in each garden. We ask visitors to be patient and respectful and honour the efforts of all involved, especially the garden owners, to ensure that we are able to still deliver this event, albeit with the COVID protocols that we have had to put in place. Due to the additional measures in place for the weekend, two of our gardens at 70 Fibrosa Court, Dunmora and Rocky Hill Therapy Farm, 65 Menzler Road, South Tinana have had to withdraw and will not be open on Sunday 30 August. There will be additional information available at the gardens including things to see and do during the Open Gardens weekend. You can also use the open gardens web site to find out more information about our region. We hope that you enjoy the 2020 Maryborough Open Gardens, take care and stay safe and well.
