03.01.2022 I know this might not resonate with some people but I don’t like the concept of being a survivor of... a victim of.... you are powerful. I think the more you shift your thinking from victim thinking to powerful resources thinking, what can I do next to .... the less suffering you will experience. Pain is part of life, it comes to everyone but the suffering and stuckness you experience is in your hands.
