08.01.2022 Update for last two weeks of classes for 2020. No class this Wednesday 9th due to school functions. Thursday class is on at 9am as normal. It will be Gentle Yoga class and accomodations will be made as always to suit every Body. Last week of classes will be Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th December. These will be classes by donation. All monies will go to Zonta House (women's refuge). Both classes will be restorative as we take some deep rest that our minds and bodies are pr...obably crying out for at this time of year. I hope to see you all on or before Thursday 16th, but if you cant make it I wish you the most restful and joyful Christmas and look forward to seeing you on the mat in 2021 Much love Mary

05.01.2022 Hello Yogis! Yoga definately starts back this week; Wednesday 930am-1030am Gentle Flow Thursday 9am-10am Slow Flow... You will be required to wear a mask before, during and after class so dont forget to bring one. I will not be using a mask whilst teaching but will be wearing one before and after class. As the season changes we will return to grounding postures and breath work with slower movement and longer holds. I cant wait to see you all this week take care Mary



05.01.2022 Thank you to those of you who attended the classes by dontation last week. We raised $70 for Zonta house. Thank you for your support throughout the year in attending classes. I am very grateful to you all. I wish you all a safe and peaceful Christmas and new year. Remember to take a few minutes out every day to yourself to stretch, do a short breath practice or mindfulness practice, to help you reground and connect with yourself. ... I will try to run a couple of classes over the January period, I will keep you posted about this. Otherwise I shall see you all in February. There will be a price increase in the classes for next year to help cover costs. I will advertise this in January. So until 2021, have a wonderful break Much love Mary

04.01.2022 2021 Yogis! Classes start back in February 3rd and 4th with our usual Gentle Flow on Wednesday 9:30am-10:30am and Slow Flow 9:00am-10:00am. I am running a class on Wednesday 20th January 6pm-7pm at the Tennis club to get us back into the yoga groove! You can bring along someone who hasn't been to class before for half price too. There is a price increase for 2021. Standard price will now be $15. Concession price remains the same at $10 (for retirees, students, unemployed or ...health card holders). This year promises the combination of longer holds with more fluidity of movement. I will also be incorporating a little yoga philosophy each week to compliment our mindfulness and breath practices. We shall ease back into classes with more gentle, mindful movements that are familiar and in line with our seasonal change to cooler mornings and evenings. 03.01.2022 Mask free yoga this week..wooohoo! We can do a little more breathwork and increase the energy levels, gently of course for Wednesday class as we work on our mobility and with focus on strength for Thursday. And of course we will as always move slowly and mindfully as we ground in the present moment. Hope to see you there! Mary
