04.01.2022 This is my latest creation for a Hawaiian themed party, the Tiki face is made from modelling chocolate the cupcakes are chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercr...eam with sugar flowers and leaves. It's a shame I didn't get a photo of the back of the Tiki cake which was wafer sticks at varying heights to sort of look like a bamboo/beach hut.
