Provides a space for children to participate in and enjoy new activities. Provides a stimulating environment where children can acquire new skills and learn. Many families rely on our services to provide their children access to long daycare, school holiday programs, 3 and 4yo Kinder. We are managed by a volunteer committee and we are always seeking new members to help contribute to this valuable community asset.

12.01.2022 We are holding a Kindergarten Transition session on Wednesday the 9th December between 10-11am. If you have a child that is 4 (or turns 4 before April 30 2021) or a child that is 3 (or turns 3 before April 30 2021) please pop in and see us. You will be able to meet our amazing Kindergarten Teacher Sherrie and the team as well as meeting other children going into Kindergarten next year.

09.01.2022 There is a lot happening here at the moment! As we prepare for a the new year, we are also hoping to see some new faces at the AGM. We have a few members who will be moving on as their children are heading to school which means we will find it hard to find numbers to fill our committee. If you think you can spare an hour a month to attend a meeting and help out here and there with our fundraisers we would love to hear from you! We are a Community based centre and rely on our Committee Volunteers to keep our doors open. Thanks, MDKA Team

01.01.2022 Welcome Back to 2019! We hope you had a great break and we are looking forward to a great year ahead. The Committee have organised a Working Bee for the start of the year to freshen up and tick of a couple of items that are difficult to achieve while the Centre is open. We plan on trimming up some of the bushes, topping up the sandpit, creating a car track and cleaning out the shed. The Working Bee will be held Sunday 3rd February at 10am ... If you have any gardening equipment that might be handy please bring that along! We look forward to seeing you all there!

01.01.2022 We are proud to say that together we raised $185 for The Pyjama Foundation! What a great effort for a great cause! The money we have raised will cover two training kits for two volunteer mentor Pyjama Angels as well as new books, learning activities, puzzles and games for Pyjama Angel resource centres.
