07.01.2022 I now have a medical history and consultation form I would like everyone to fill out, it’ll be sent with your reminder texts. If you have already done it, ignore it but please make sure you fill it all out to the best of your understanding before your appointment so I can provide you the best results.

05.01.2022 So unfortunately we have decided very last minute when an opportunity came up that we are moving to Brisbane, I want to thank everyone for the last year for all the support and love everyone has shown me ! I’m so sad to be loosing all of you.. I’ll be working for another month or so until we leave, I’m not exactly sure of the date as of yet depending on housing ect but I’ll defiantly keep you updated when I know more but wanted to let everyone know as soon as we heard the news. I’m happy to keep booking in and doing everyone until I go but I also understand if you want to find someone else straight away.
