19.01.2022 CANCELLATION & SERVICES POLICY Please advise Masaya Nails 24hrs prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This minimum cancellation period will give Masaya Nails a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot in our diary.... $40 will be charged on your next appointment if the cancellation is received with less than 24hrs notice. Masaya Nails have found it impossible to fill cancelled spots at short notice. Last minute cancellations have a significant impact on a small salon. Masaya Nails have found that the $40 charged at the next appointment is the best way of managing commitment to appointments. NO SHOWS WILL NOT GUARANTEE ANOTHER BOOKING WITH MASAYA NAILS ***MASAYA NAILS MAY DECLINE TO WORK ON NAILS THAT HAVE BEEN DONE AT NON STANDARD SALONS*** The reason being is that I need to protect myself and my client from unknown and possibly dangerous product that has been used on your nails. This is something I am extremely passionate about! Any work I do on other nail technicians work WILL NOT be guaranteed by masaya nails.
