24.01.2022 Whiskey was a bit worried about his first vaccination with us and most little 12 week old puppies would agree with him! But he soon realised that the majority of a vet visit for a vaccination is just cuddles and treats! It's very important to bring your new puppy in to the vet for a check up when you first get them. A puppy's needs/preventative medicine can be a bit confusing and it's very important to get it right especially when you're as tiny as little Whiskey!

23.01.2022 Lucy loves boarding with us! It's all about the many many belly rubs she receives

22.01.2022 How adorable is little Socks having a cuddle with his tiger and minion friends! Socks got a bit of a lucky break when a lovely couple found him on the street when he was about a week old. They have been hand rearing him since and look at what a gorgeous little kitten he's grown up to be! Socks had a check up today with Dr. Hanson and he passed with flying colours. We can't wait to see what a handsome young man Socks will grow up to be with all the loving care he's receiving.

22.01.2022 Meet Wiggum, he's so regal and majestic you could nearly mistake him for Mufasa from the Lion King! Can't you just imagine him staring out into the clinic as he is right now and turning to Unagi (our youngest clinic cat) and saying "Look Unagi, everything the light touches is our kingdom"

21.01.2022 Rocky may have become a 40kg boy but some things will never change - Dr. Hanson and Rocky love taking pictures together! The picture on the left is the first time Hanson saw Rocky for a vaccination and the picture on the right is Rocky at 10months of age having a cuddle with Dr. Hanson before his castration

20.01.2022 What a big name for such a little kitten! Spoxsox Maximillius is an adorable boy who came in for his first vaccination and worming today at 6 weeks of age. What a little cutie

15.01.2022 Tessa, the gorgeous little 16 week old puppy, felt like she needed to freshen up her breath a little and decided to eat 5 pieces of sugar free gum containing xylotil. Xylotil, a natural sugar free sweetener found in many chewing gums, mints, toothpastes and other foods is toxic to our pets. The level of toxicity depends on the dose ingested, however if you suspected your dog has ingested xylotil, contact your veterinarian immediately. Thankfully Tessa recovered well after being treated by Dr. Hanson and has hopefully learnt her lesson! Tessa is very lucky that her parents knew she needed treatment and hopes her story educates others out there.

09.01.2022 Holly is our senior lady (10 years old) who is looking for another family to live out the rest of her life with

07.01.2022 Leo the lab is one of our frequent flyers and has therefore formed a cute friendship with our practice manager and clinic dog Lawrence. They were having a team meeting in the office today!

06.01.2022 Filomena the 5 month old little kitten is looking a little bit sleepy after her spay. Desexing your pets has many health and behaviour benefits, some of which include a reduced risk of cancer and making your pets less prone to wander. If you're unsure whether you would like to desex your pet please book an appointment or call our friendly staff to discuss this. If you think you're ready for your pet to get the snip feel free to book them in, our nurse will discuss the details with you.

02.01.2022 Look at those ears!! Little Chloe came in for her desexing today with Dr. Theodora. We recommend desexing at around 6 months of age. Desexing has numerous benefits in females, it significantly reduces the risk of uterine and mammary cancer and prevents unwanted pregnancies. In males it can reduce behavioral problems such as aggression, and significantly reduces the risk of testicular cancer and prostatic diseases.

01.01.2022 We love seeing new additions to families or funny pictures of your little furry friends or updates on cases we have seen! Share your pics/videos or stories on our page Thanks to Lara for showing us Aria and Azuki and it's great to hear how well they're getting alnog
