20.01.2022 To all my beautiful Clients. Sadly, I lost my best friend, my Mum.... After spending every single day with Mum since early May, providing love, support and the care she needed, last week mum lost her battle. I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all of the support and understanding that my beautiful clients gave me, you have all been amazing to me. I apologise for having to cancel your appointments & I look forward to seeing you again soon. I have missed you all, it’s the first time in the 26 years of my career that I’ve had to shut my salon. I’m so pleased I was there for my Mum, everyday until her final day. The salon will be open on the 9th of June. Thank you & Many blessings Masey. xo

01.01.2022 Dear Valuable Clients: Covid-19 Update Salon Strategy. 1. To address the current social distancing recommendations. The salon size is suitable to have 2 people inside at any given time. ... 2. I have addressed & changed bookings, by extending my days out to 12 hours, so that there are minimal people in the salon. 3. I wear a mask & after every client the salon is totally sanitised ready for the next client. 4. I ask that upon entry to the salon, all clients, wash their hands with soap & water, to ensure good hand hygiene is maintained. 5. All clients who have any signs of illness, please contact me to make arrangements to reschedule appointment. 6. I am not able to accept new clients at this stage, due to my extended hours. However, once the crisis is over, I will re-open my appointment book & accept new clients. This is the best solution to ensure that every client and their families are kept safe, including my family. Thank you for understanding. I know that this is a challenging time, however, I am working to ensure that everyone who comes into the salon is kept safe as it is my duty of care to you all.
