24.01.2022 Koi Pond at Masonmill Some of you may have noticed the colour of the Koi pond. It has been specially treated to reduce algae and improve the health of the fish by reducing the build up of bacteria.... Fish are healthy and happy to be fed, so drop up and spot Rambo the biggest fish in the pond.

In line with this, the owners Carl and Marie Holmes are looking to lease out the operation on a long term basis as either separate business units or as a whole operation.... The operation at Masonmill can be broken down into three business units: 1. Main Café and Bar - which is currently only operating on Saturday and Sundays With the seasonal change the venue is now ready to open more days per week and in the evenings. 2. Weddings and major events primarily focused in the French Gardens and Crab apple walk Operates from October through to May 3. The lodge and Minigolf Currently only operates on a Saturday and Sunday, services the Minigolf and operates as a small limited café. Scope to operate 7 days a week and increase food and beverage services. This building also has scope to operate as a retail unit or as part of a tour company. Phase four of the operation which involves the building of accommodation units is also now up for review.
