19.01.2022 XMAS APPOINTMENTS! We would just like to do a little post regarding Xmas appointments. As everybody knows Xmas is a busy time in the salon, that being said each year we open extended hours to accommodate everyone.... Unfortunately this year i will be unable to offer the extended hours due to being pregnant and struggling to be on my feet for 12 hour days (especially at Xmas time when ill be over 6 months pregnant) December, at this point is almost fully booked for myself but rest assured Kirsten has plenty of appointments so you will still have the opportunity for a fresh Xmas Colour :) My available appointments for Dec are as follows Wed 2nd Dec- 10.30am, 2.30pm, 3pm, Fri 4th Dec- 10am, 2.30pm Thank you every body for your constant support and understanding.

04.01.2022 Hey everyone!! I just wanted to do a quick post regarding calling the salon! As you all know ive had to scale back my hours, this means that Kirsten is alone in the salon for a part of the day!... I just wanted to ask everyone to please please leave a message if the phone isn't answered straight away, sometimes even with both of us there it is near impossible to answer the phone when we are in the middle of applying a colour, please leave a message and she will return your call :) We have had clients call and hang up 5 times in a row, when this happen's we have no way of knowing who just called and then we cant call you back :)

01.01.2022 Please Read Hey everyone! I just wanted to do a post regarding salon etiquette. I regret having to do this but after the week we've had (and its only thursday) i feel i need to jump on here and say a few things. ... Firstly, i do not mean to come across rude at all however, i have a zero tolerance policy for anyone who is rude to myself but most of all to Kirsten. I know Christmas can, and is a stressful time for everyone but please keep in mind we work huge hours, on our feet often with no break to accommodate everyone. Anyone who is rude to either of us will be asked to not return to the salon, no exceptions. If you are late to your appointment we will try our absolute best to do what we can for you in the time that we have available, sometimes this means we can no longer do your service. Please do not get annoyed at us, its not fair on the next client to loose appointment time because you where late. We have had a huge number of no shows which is absolutely unfair to everyone on the waiting list, we can fill an appointment within 10 mins at xmas so just a call to let us know your not coming will 1- allow another person to see us 2- ensure we have an income for that hour In saying that i truly appreciate each and every client that walks through our doors because without you we would be nothing, and i apologise that even though 99% of people are amazing this needed to be said
