Have you ever been questioning your self why are u getting back, shoulder pain, headache,...?... Do you think its just because or it can actually have a reason? Our body is miracle, is absolutely perfect. Its not just an accident you have that! You are over thinking, carrying something what suppose to be the past already, thinking negatively, making bigger deal than necessary, not loving your self enough, not taking care of your self as much as you deserve, not saying what you want to say, trying to not see what's obvious,...... and so on Have you found your self in some of those? Think about it for a while. Change what doesn't serve you anymore and you will see a difference. Lots of love <3
