During a healing session a Crystal Practitioner will place crystals on it around a client to help unblock, balance and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting the body to heal in a therapeutic way. You will then be asked to lie down, fully clothed, and the therapist will begin placing crystals on and around your body. During the process you will be guided through deep breathing meditation and when the session ends you will be encouraged to ground yourself in your body, becoming aware of your surroundings and physical sensations.
