14.01.2022 [ ASTHMA ] We were in and out of the hospital with my daughters Asthma and not once did any medical professional tell me to stop feeding her sulphites. Did you ...know that the Food Standards AUNZ website states that asthmatics should avoid Sulphites! Go figure!! Why didn't a doctor tell me this? She'd eat loads of dried apricots and desiccated coconut in cooking and I was none the wiser! It is used to treat fresh grapes. It is found in lots of processed meats like sausages, ham and even some deli chicken. Not to mention dips and spreads, cordials and more... We used to think we ate a pretty healthy diet, I mean we ate meat and veggies most nights and I'd spend a fortune in the healthy food aisle at the supermarket, because that's meant to be healthy, right?! Little did I know that we were eating a whole bunch of nasty chemicals multiple times a day. I never knew Annatto 160b was in ice-cream, I never knew MSG was in those chips we ate, actually, I never knew MSG was everywhere! I never knew sulphites were in dried fruit. I never knew about nitrates in ham. How was I supposed to know these were harmful to our health? Now I do know this information and learning it was the best thing I ever did! We have also had many distressed callers that we have committed our days and nights to help. But we have to focus now on carrying forward our influenza vaccine action as well as our AHPRA action and for this reason we will now be focusing exclusively on those actions as well as the larger class action that we will be launching shortly. We have closed our AHPRA and Influenza Vaccine forms for now. But you may want to consider applying once our class action commences. It will be open for everyone and will deal with all the directives, both states and territories, that we believe are unreasonable and unlawful given the circumstances. This includes directives in relation to business closures, cross border movements, hotel quarantine and detention, testing, all vaccinations, contact tracing, masking and fines.
