25.01.2022 Structural alignment and a good massage helps with the following postures. A - is the ideal body position B-C and D are incorrect postural positioning. All can cause pain in the neck, shoulders and back. They can be adjusted with time learning how to stand straight and correctly. Often this is hard as the muscles are locked up and very tight, a good massage that stretches out and releases muscles can kick start to good habit of standing straight.
