20.01.2022 Massage First Airlie Beach is excited to announce the opening of our sister clinic in Airlie Beach, formerly named : "Whitsunday Health Spa." Whitsunday Health Spa As many of you may already know, we will be seeing the move of some of our much loved therapists from Massage First to the new clinic, situated above City Beach in the main street.... That's right, just across the road and 3 doors away! This new clinic will house a diverse range of specialists including a Myotherapist, Nutritionist, Remedial Therapists who are registered Private Health Care Providers, Beauticians, Aesthetitians who will deliver our Hi-Tech HIFU Face and Body Treatments, as well as Spa Therapists, experts in their field to cover all things beauty; like Waxing, Spray Tanning, Facials, Microderm and Hydroderm Facials, Vichy Body Treatments and much more. Join us as we prepare for the opening of our new clinic, your new clinic. Mark will be one of the first staff from Massage First to move over to Whitsunday Health Spa, with his official commencement date being the 3rd of September. If you had bookings at Massage First with Mark on or post the 3rd of September you will receive another notification advising you that your upcoming appointment at Massage First has been cancelled and a new appointment for the same time and date has been made at Whitsunday Health Spa. 19.01.2022 WE ARE RE-OPENING! YAH! Tomorrow, Saturday 25th April is Anzac Day. We will be re-opening our bookings calendar from 1pm-5pm tomorrow for forward bookings only. We are not permitting walk-ins at this stage due to Covid-19 Restrictions that are still relevant for all businesses re-opening during this time. Moving forward our Bookings will be restricted to the following times and will be subject to change. We will be flexible for forward bookings to accommodate you.... MON - 10am to 5pm TUES - Closed WED - SUN - 10am to 5pm Please Note: We will not be accepting walk-ins presently so all bookings will need to be done online through our Facebook Book Online Button or via our Website. We are so excited to be opening up for all of you again and can breathe a big sigh of relief that our region has maintained a zero infection rate. 13.01.2022 Tonight the Government announced additional forced shutdowns of selected businesses where direct contact may increase transference and risk. With a heavy heart we are forced to announce that we are temporarily closing per the advice of the government in relation to COVID-19, Coronavirus. We have also deactivated the Book Online button on our Facebook Page, replacing it with a Message Button should you have any questions. We will aim to reply to your messages through Facebook ...Messenger as early as practical. For those whom had bookings with us for future dates, we have also moved to cancel these and provide you with an SMS notification. 11.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS JUST IN! We have been working hard with our software Provider to enhance your experience when making online bookings. You have probably already noticed some of the changes., like: 1. Contactless Payments - Now you can enter your payment card details into Fresha to secure your booking and when you have your treatment we can checkout with you without contact.... 2. Online client Consent and Health History forms - This is coming in the next few weeks. We are really excited to be drastically reducing the amount of paper used for client records by moving to a completely online medium. This will allow you to complete your intake form on your pc, tablet or phone before your booking. WooHoo! 3. Gift Vouchers can now be purchased online through our Fresha Booking App. We know you have been asking for this one for a while, and now you have it.
