With over two years experience as a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practise, owner and founder of Indepth Massage has been working with a diversity of clients between her home studio/ Mobile services and at FAFC - Fighting Arts Fitness Centre. Her passion for combining deep tissue massage with relaxation strokes as an ongoing therapy and regular feedback received from her clients, has enhanced her own belief in ...the full benefits derived from receiving regular massages, not only as an essential means of relieving muscle tension/tightness and pain, improving muscle flexibility but also in assisting with overall health and general wellbeing.
