25.01.2022 Ill soon be putting in an order for some Flower Essence Massage/Body lotion. Please let me know if you want any so I order enough $18.95 for 240ml. Body Sports helps with aches & pains.. Body Bliss helps with relaxation, anxiety etc.... All natural ingredients also contains Lavender essential oils. This is what I use in the Flower Essence massage. You can use these at home too Flower Essence vs Essential oils?? With flower essences, only the flowers are used and in a very small quantity. The vibrational imprint of the flower is extracted in water, which is then further diluted. Thus essential oils are a physical extract and flower essences are a subtle energy extract. (You May be familiar with Bach rescue remedy? That contains English Flower Essence, Living Essences contains WA Flower Essences )

05.01.2022 Some people cant get past that Bowen is fairly gentle & less is more, so the least amount of moves has a more potent effect, thats why Ill say next session we can try such n such moves, if I did everything in one session it will be less effective, why?? because Bowen talks to the nervous system, its not about manipulating muscle as in a massage, too much will just overload the nervous system & the message becomes weaker. Some people ask for a combo of Massage & Bowen usu...ally so they feel they have got their moneys worth but if you combine the 2, you are only getting a massage, again this will just overload & weaken the Bowen message. After Bowen your body continues to process this information for up to 7 days & thats why we recommend not getting any other treatments within that time, just so you get the best out of your Bowen treatment.
