25.01.2022 On the 16th-19th of June, I was on the Bondi in Sydney for the Orthopedic Assessment and Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy for Thoracic and Ribcage presented by Joseph Mouscolino, DC from United States. This workshop remained me what difference between Remedial Massage and Nomal Massage. Remedial Massage has to be based on S.O.A.P ( Subjective Objective Assessment Plan)treatment. I do physical assessment for the initial treatments. But this seminar taught me more specific ...physical examinations skill and knowledge. That is I really wanted to know. Dr. Joe(presenter) has really inspired me! He is a really professional, knowledgeable, skillful and so enthusiastic! I feel like I found the way I would go! And Bondi is such a nice place. I had really good time walking around and eating around at restaurants. And Famous Bondi Beach was so energetic! I didnt surf here this time. But definitely I would love to come back this place

05.01.2022 Does Dry Needle trick your Brain? When I practice Dry Needling, people often ask me questions? What is difference between Dry Needling and Acupuncture? Or How d...oes Dry Needling work? My answer is; Acupuncture is theory based on Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat internal organs dysfunction and also muscular-skeletal problem. However main focus of acupuncture is improving bodys energy(Chi) flow and relief the blockage from meridian pass way. Dry Needling treatment uses exactly same needle as Acupuncture. However, it focuses on Myofascial Trigger Point. Myofascial Trigger Point is people often call muscle knots or sore spot. Which is described as hyperirritable spots in the muscle fascia associated with nodules in taut bands of muscle fibers. How does Dry Needling work for Trigger Point? When the practitioner insert needle into the patients Trigger Point, it causes a small precise injury into the muscle tissue. This tiny injury stimulates nerve system and send information to the brain. The brain responds this event and chemical exchange is happened and release various neurotransmitters such as serotonin, histamine, and acetyl-choline to heal the injury. This is how the Dry Needling works and hasten the recovery of muscular-skeletal injury and release the muscle tension or nodule. Dry Needing tricks your Brain, isnt it?

05.01.2022 I just came back from traveling the United States of America. It was absolutely an amazing trip Ive ever done before. In fact, the main purpose of this trip was attending an intensive 6 days Cadaver Dissection workshop with Dr. Joe Muscolino. Ive never thought about Id gone to America until this opportunity came out. It was an extremely adventure to see inside of the human bodies. I was amazed by every single day of this seminar. The human bodys muscles are so beautiful.... (not only muscles, every single structures are so in order). I was very nervous about dissecting human body by my hands before it started. However, when I started this seminar I didnt think about any negative thought. I just do it. I really appreciate the people who donated their bodies, Dr. Joe, Staffs of Institute of Anatomical Research in Colorado Springs and The therapists who attended this seminar with me. I learned a lot. Also I could enjoy a holiday in such a beautiful place in Colorado and California . See more

02.01.2022 Epsom Salt Benefit! Studies show the following health benefits Improve oxygen use Make insulin more effective... Flush toxins from the body Improves absorption of nutrients Regulates activity of 325 + enzymes Helps relieve or ease migraine headaches Helps muscles and nerves function properly Helps prevent artery hardening and blood clots Eases stress Improves sleep and concentration Reduce inflammation to relieve pain and muscle cramps Helps joint proteins, bone tissue and mucin proteins. The major components of Epsom Salt are magnesium and sulfur which perform all sorts of biological functions. The two elements break apart and separate in liquid. Sufficient sulfur is essential to detox the body of toxins and waste. Low levels may lead to a backlog of toxins, which in turn can affect our central nervous system. Most sulfur supplements are difficult for the body to absorb and therefore have minimal effect. However, Epsom Salt provides sulphates in a readily absorbable form to help the body rid itself of waste products and toxins by making them water soluble and therefore easily excreted. Magnesium helps to regulate the activity of more than 325 enzymes, and performs a vital role in many bodily functions, from muscle control and electrical impulses to energy production and the elimination of harmful toxins. It improves nerve function by regulating electrolytes and is necessary to maintain proper calcium levels in the blood. Excess adrenaline and stress are believed to drain magnesium, a natural stress reliever, from the body. Magnesium is necessary for the body to bind adequate amounts of serotonin, a mood elevating chemical within the brains that creates a feeling of wellbeing and relaxation. It is recommended to start with half a cup per bath and increase by half a cup each subsequent bath in case of adverse side effects, which are rare. The quantity of salts and frequency of baths varies depending on the size of the bathtub and bather. Some use 3 cups per bath every day! The most common protocol is 2 cups per bath, 3 - 4 days per week, soaking for 20 - 30 min. A good practice is to dissolve the salts in a separate bowl of water first and add to a waist deep, warm bath. As magnesium and sulfates are absorbed through the skin they intensify the biological process of detoxification and calm the nervous system. Many people find they have a very relaxed sleep as a result. Any Epsom Salt left on the skin may continue to be absorbed as long as it is still on the skin, offering continuous timed-release input into the blood stream - like medication given through skin patches. Some people who desire the wonderful therapeutic benefits from bathing in Epsom Salt but have a pre-existing skin conditions such as eczema find adding oils such as essential oil, olive oil or others to the bath prevents further skin irritation that may otherwise result.
