24.01.2022 I was born in Czech republic and the way we eat is like this: small breakfast, big lunch ( soup and main) and small dinner. When I moved to London I switched to the Anglo way of eating, (big dinner) and continued doing that when I arrived in Melbourne. Few years ago I switched to my old way of eating and I feel much better for it. What are your eating patterns?

If you are going through peri or menopause breathing deeply for 15 minutes twice a day has been shown to reduce hot flushes and night sweats.
