24.01.2022 How are you looking after yourself? Actually let me rephrase that... ARE you looking after yourself? We are SO busy being SO busy but very few people are bal...ancing that out with not being so busy!! Stress management is something I talk about with all my clients. There is NOTHING that will screw up someone’s health as much as long term stress will. Over the last few weeks I have been insanely busy! I’m not getting home until late, have HEAPS of research to do on complicated clients, have my kids to still keep alive, my training and workouts to do etc etc. Normally I’m pretty good at balancing my stress management but lately I let it go a bit and boy am I feeling it!! I’m tired but wired, so my sleep has gone to sh!t... 3:30am rave party anyone?! I’m flat, lethargic, foggy and my jaw is killing me from clenching so badly! But, I am aware and I have backed off. I have only worked out once in 2 weeks (normally I’d do 6), I haven’t hit my daily step counts or done my cardio sessions, and I’m trying to give my body the rest it’s craving!! Today I could’ve gone out for my normal walk but instead I took the short cut to my local cafe, bought my coffee and went and sat in the sun for the extra 15 minutes instead! That short amount of downtime will be SO much more beneficial for my body and mind today than if I’d tried to push myself to walk! It’s ok to not be busy all the time! In fact, your health depends on it! YOU MUST be your first priority!! As they say, you can’t pour from an empty cup! #cpnaturopath

22.01.2022 Thank you to everyone that booked in the last month $10 from every full paying massage was put towards making up care bags for Foster children in need. I was able to make up 4 fully complete bags, 2 girls and 2 boys. ... Each bag contains: - A full outfit - Pj’s - underwear -Hairbrush Each bag also has something special for them in, usually a comfort toy or something similar. I went for drawing books, pencils, deodorant, bath pearls, scrunchies & a 4 square ball. Thanks everyone
