02.01.2022 Hey folks. I beg of YOU to please keep Healthy. Research good foods and nutrition. Avoid refined sugars. Eat more greens and veggies, grow your OWN if possible. Lots of herbs and spices. ... Supermarkets are our network at present, especially if you live Remote. But we are NOT guaranteed FRESH. We can source from elsewhere. I am thinking we maybe OK in FNQ in comparison to the rest of the world. But we will have limited resources. So the virus may not get us as much, but other stuff will! Lack of VIITS and MINERALS. No one should be lacking of VIT D. PM me if you wanna know how . Please be responsible for your OWN HEALTH. Get in tune with your OWN BODY. A doctor hasn't got a clue about YOU. 01.01.2022 Hey folks I am temporarily closing for the rest of this year. I am will be traveling back and forth to the UK to visit mum and moving house.
