24.01.2022 UPDATE! If you currently have an order for face masks and filters, you will have received an email from us with this update, however we thought we'd better post it on our socials as well! Yesterday we were informed by Australian Customs that our large shipment of face masks and filters are still awaiting clearance. We have been informed that all face mask/filter shipments coming into Australia are being quality checked, hence the delay. Customs are estimating cleara...nce can take up to 2-3 weeks. We have another separate order of filters expected to be delivered to us in 3 to 14 days. If you currently have an order with us, you have three options: 1. You can choose to wait and keep your order on backorder. You will receive your order once Customs has cleared our shipment and stock arrives with us. 2. If you have ordered a face mask, and you do not want to wait for Customs to clear our shipment, we can instead send you our NEW hand-made face masks. 3. Opt for a refund If you would like to take option 2 or 3, please text or call us with your order number on 0402 158 472 We once again sincerely apologise for the delay. Customs are generally very timely in clearing our shipments, however these unprecedented times have unfortunately provided us with this unexpected shipment delay.
