21.01.2022 Extra safety precautions on this project! Because we needed to build so close to the power lines there are many elements of the design & process that had to be considered to meet the power permit requirements. To name a few; - The power was completely shut down for half of the installation - A roof over the work platform needed to be installed with an additional platform... - Safeguard had to be installed on the scaffold facade (not yet installed at this stage) See more

02.01.2022 Due to the close proximity to powerlines, we were required to install scaffguard (that red plastic stuff) to the external facade of the scaffold, creating a safe tunnel-like work platform. By installing scaffguard it prevents any risk of materials or people hitting the powerlines.
