22.01.2022 Another stunning transformation by Master Build Group.. When "Rock Face" indoor climbing centre approached Master Build Group to create a New York style warehouse gym we were more than happy to take on the task. We had a unique original 100 plus year old blank canvas warehouse to play with, the transformation is now complete ready for the gym gear to start moving in.

19.01.2022 Another 2nd story addition completed, this time in Mt Pleasant. A complete 3 bedroom home has been added onto the existing house. Separate entrances, large upper level balcony that captures the views and a lower level patio leading on to the pool area.

19.01.2022 Architectural renovation with a two storey addition to the front. This one comprised of part timber frame and double brick work construction.

19.01.2022 Just about done! Both the clients and the crew from Master Build Group are very happy with the transformation to date of this mid 1980s Dalkeith house which has turned into a luxurious hamptons style home. Stunning marble tiles and American Oak flooring compliments the internal refurbishment. The owners will soon be entertaining in their new alfresco area while the kids are having a swim in the new pool , completion will be well before Christmas holidays!

17.01.2022 Watch this space! Master Build Group are excited to be starting another Mt Pleasant project! Quite often we are adding a second story to a single level house however in this case we will be removing the entire upper level including the floor then constructing a larger second storey addition! Other work includes an extension to the lower level, extensive cellar/basement restoration work and a complete replacement of all the existing kitchen and bathrooms which will all be relocated to suit the new design. Along with a quality upmarket fit out this will be one stunning home both the owners and the crew from Master Build Group will both be proud of.

15.01.2022 Another quality renovation in Booragoon finished just in time for the Christmas holidays! Inside - New kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, floor tiling and painting transforms the old into new. Outside - New alfresco with timber decking, exposed concrete aggregate to driveway and pool area.. we even made a timber deck pool cover on wheels which sets off the timber fencing amongst other bits and pieces to make the front fascade and pool area a nice relaxing space. And check out the feature window! We really enjoyed doing this one especially with the amazing end result.

09.01.2022 Master Build Group have just finished this architecturally designed addition in Northbridge. The architect Justine Monk has done well turning this 1920s 3x1 cottage into a trendy 4x2 and maximizing the views from the upper deck.

The lower level alfresco is a blend of decking boards and stylish paving. A self-contained 2 bedroom granny flat on the lower lever provides extra room and privacy for guests.

05.01.2022 Paul, Mark and the team at Master Build Group are excited to have started their next refurbishment. This Dalkeith property will be transformed! Extra bedrooms and bathrooms, guest accommodation, a huge 3 car garage and work shop at the rear of the property, a complete re-design of the upper level, new re-pitched roof with slate tiles and to top it off a massive balcony which overlooks the new swimming pool and tennis court.

02.01.2022 Strata Title and Build With recent zoning changes in Lynwood MBG were approached to handle the entire process of sub diving the block, making improvements to the existing front house and building a new home to the rear. Six months later the titles were through and 3 weeks later as per attached picture the build is well on its way for Jamie, Kelly and their 2 young kids. The home will have architecture features such as skillion roof, timber lined eaves, polished concrete floors, large open areas incorporating the kitchen and living areas that open out to the beautiful and relaxed alfresco area.

02.01.2022 Master Build Group has had fun transforming this "very compact" 1 bedroom city apartment. We now have combined a washing machine/dryer in the bathroom, a small kitchen with everything one would ever need with lots of slide out accessories. when its time for bed the furniture and table rolls neatly away and the 2 beds fold down!
