Video management data collected by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and video analytics can now be integrated with two-way radios. The interface enables users to receive and acknowledge Avigilon Control Centre (ACC) alarms from their MOTOTRBO radio systems, with alerts dispatched directly via text messages and/or text-to-voice alerts. 12.01.2022 The hard work by Mastercom staff throughout 2020 has been recognised with the firm named Australian Channel Partner of the Year by global giant Motorola Solutions. The award which was formally announced at this year’s ANZ Channel Partner (virtual) Conference recognised the efforts by Mastercom in adapting to new and innovative technology and delivering solutions for their clients. 11.01.2022 International certification for quality management systems and compliance with global standards for work, health, and safety as well as environmental management has just been awarded to Mastercom. General Manager Dale Doyle spent six months with the consultancy team from Sydney-based ISO Certification Experts to help the business understand and implement all the ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) requirements. 09.01.2022 A Master Security Licence has been granted to Mastercom which allows the firm to supply and install security video systems. Mastercom Managing Director Hamish Duff explained this Licence was particularly important for customers of body-worn and Avigilon products sold by Mastercom. It acknowledges that sensitive video security footage may be viewed by the firm’s staff while carrying out technical tasks.
