17.01.2022 The most basic of First Aid courses is HLATAID 003 Provide First Aid. This nationally recognised accredited course prepares you to respond to emergency situations by providing you with the skills and knowledge in first aid treatment. This course is undertaken in conjunction with HLATATID 002. The Initial course is 2 hours, there is pre-course work and 5.5 hours face to face. Refresher course is - 5.5 hours. People whove been living a healthy life style for years dont go through the same mental struggles or stress as people who just started, exercising and eating right is just a part of their daily routine. If you want to get to the point where habit takes over and motivation is hardly ever needed, then you must do whatever it takes ...to keep taking action until all of this becomes a habit. Studies show that it takes about 3-4 weeks to form a habit. From my experience, forming the habit of working out to where it was effortless took about 5-6 months. I had to continually motivate myself to stick to my diet and workout routine. 07.01.2022 DO you have a good set of running shoes? Or walking shoes for that matter? Your feet absorb the impact of every step, so it's important for walkers and runners to have good shoes. Take your time to choose shoes that are the most comfortable. Many running stores will analyse your gait and recommend shoes that are appropriate for the way you run or walk. Walk around the store when you try the shoes on, and make sure they feel comfortable and your feet feel supported. Remember its all about comfort, not necessarily about the look!!!
