25.01.2022 I snapped a quick pic of one of the new workers securing the new sign to the trailer. Right after I took the pic though I noticed a problem with the sign, and once noticed, i couldn't un-notice it. A replacement sign has now been ordered. But my silly little mistake might be your good luck! First one to comment the error and lives in Coleraine gets 10% off their next lawn service :)

18.01.2022 We haven't done any before and after photos for a while (mostly because we get carried away with the work and forget to take the before photos), but stay tuned because there's some really good ones on the way. Here's one to kick it off. This property is like a little bush block right in the heart of town. The lady who owns it has a little trouble keeping on top of the weeds, so from time to time she calls us in for some backup :) Such a unique property is our pleasure to help maintain. If you've got some work that needs done give us a call on: 0439 743 804

13.01.2022 An interesting and informative article on the use of wood ash in the home garden

11.01.2022 Just an example of restorative fruit tree pruning that Chris and Bec do. This is a plum tree that had been planted directly into a lawn with no mulch around the base.It had 4 suckers coming from the base and some branches that were too low to the ground. We have grafted a different variety of plum onto one of the branches and once that takes off, we will prune the original stock from above the graft. Since pruning this tree, we have put down some well rotted chicken manure and laid down more mulch around the base so it is not competing with the grass.

11.01.2022 Some good tips from Costa :-)

07.01.2022 I was reminded of this proverb today while doing some garden work for an 89 year old local. "A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in."
