24.01.2022 We have been certified in level 1 Thermography since March 2019 and have since purchased and been using our Thermal imaging equipment to successfully find and pin point leaks. This was a call out on the weekend that showed a very clear pin point location of the leak coming from the corner of the skylight. We found that the Antena technician may have inadvertently stepped on that corner although the roof sheet bounced back into place, unfortunately the lead flashing below remained collapsed causing the water to enter the building. We were able to pinpoint and rectify on the same visit

01.01.2022 Leak detected to find burst pipe in garden bed under weed matt. Customer was losing 0.6 litres per minute over 5 months causing the water bill to spike to 1398 litres per day.
