22.01.2022 Our MasterPlan team in the Territory was engaged in an interesting master plan exercise for the National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre (NCCTRC). The NCCTRC has a facility in Bees Creek, NT, where they prepare Australian clinicians for emergencies. 21.01.2022 MasterPlan had the pleasure of taking part in the Southern Cross Care Golf Day on Friday 9th of April as a course sponsor. Nathan Woodward and Nick Wilson represented MasterPlan and (thankfully) were supported by some of BESTEC’s finest golfers. The Southern Cross Care Golf Day is a key fundraising event for the Southern Cross Care Community Foundation, an organisation that provides high-quality services to help older people in the community build better lives, free from loneliness and isolation. 20.01.2022 MasterPlan attended the UDIA Awards for Excellence last Friday night. 18.01.2022 Do you need assistance with an industrial subdivision? MasterPlan worked with international property portfolio specialists EMKC and GHD Group to secure approval for a staged industrial subdivision in Pinelands, NT. Stage 1 required new property boundaries to be created around existing development on site to facilitate new Titles with Stage 2 providing the flexibility to release further industrial lots to the market when market demand increases. 15.01.2022 Congratulations Brendan Le Poidevin! Brendan began working at MasterPlan in 2018, starting as a work placement student. Since then, Brendan has worked at MasterPlan, gaining valuable experience in liquor licensing and socio-demographic analysis. ... On Tuesday, Brendan graduated and was awarded his Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, achieving 'First Class Honours'. A spectacular achievement in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been thrilled to see Brendan establish himself as a young Urban Planner, and we celebrate this latest accomplishment with him.

09.01.2022 The Northern Territory Planning Commission is asking for your feedback on the Designing Better Project, which aims to deliver better design and quality buildings for apartment and mixed-use developments in the Territory. Part of the proposed changes include the introduction of residential plot ratios and minimum landscaping requirements in the CBD. 05.01.2022 Construction of the new CDU Campus to start soon. The excavation work for the two-storey basement is expected to start mid-October 2020. MasterPlan congratulates DTA Contractors Pty Ltd, a local building company, who won the tender worth approximately $2 million. The Anchorage Hotel is to expand further having received Approval for a variation application, the design includes a 145-room hotel and 11 exclusive apartments provided with spectacular views. The variation expands on the original approval which also includes a function centre and multi-level car park. An exciting development for the Victor Harbour tourism industry and Fleurieu Peninsula.
