The first question they are asked is, Who is responsible for a leaking water main? The answer is simple, and it depends on where the leak is, see below for how it all works. It is the responsibility of ICON water... If water is coming out of the road, nature strip or foot path. If water is coming out of the ground between the street and the water meter box. If water is coming out of the joint at the water meter that is on the street side of the meter. If water is coming out of the stop cock before the water meter at the property boundary.
