15.01.2022 Here...another power masters couple from Kuala Lumpur .. FAY WONG & KEVIN CHAN Fay and Kevin have been living abroad for 15 years,12 years in Shenzhen China, and 3 years in Singapore (for Fay & kids) while Kevin was in UK for 2yrs. They started working out about 8 yrs ago at traditional bodybuilding gym and lesmile program, until 3 yrs ago they found CrossFit. To understand the program better Kevin took took CF-L1 and there is no turning back. For him, the concept of trai...ning and diet makes so much sense! In UK , Kevin trained at CF Lineside for 2 yrs , and Fay who is in Singapore joined CF Units - while their two teenage kids attend @Crossfit Enduro. Its amazing to see this family have common interest in crossfit - which is pretty cool and unusual for an Asian family. Fay and Kevin travels a lot for work and will make effort to drop by at local boxes wherever they go. The frequent ones are CF Moo Shenzhen China , CF Pahlawan Malaysia ( when they fly back for holiday in Petaling Jaya ) , CF Evolve Fort Colins Colorado and The Underdogs Penang Malaysia. Attending these boxes allows them to meet new friends and get trained at the same time. Crossfit has given Fay and I more than we could imagine. We got to know a lot of new positive friends in different countries while we are moving around , besides benefiting from getting ourselves active , fit and getting better at work too . It also help my golf which is my other passion. - says Kevin. We believe that Crossfit will help us to defy aging and give us the freedom that our peers ( the golden 50s ) can only imagine . We will continue to do this for a long time and influence our friends into this wonderful system - Fay & Kevin This year , their family or 4 participated in the 2019 Crossfit ONLINE OPEN . Fay and Kevin also completed the CrossFit ONLINE OPEN 2020, Masters League ONLINE OPEN 2019 ( Kevin is a Male Warrior 50-54 , and Fay is a Female Soldier 50-54 ) and they are now competing in Masters League ONLINE OPEN 2020. Kevin competes RX WODs for the 2019 and 2020, in previous years he did half scaled and half RX . He loves seeing the progress he has achieved.
