25.01.2022 We wake up to 14 days with the magical double 0!!!! This is something that months ago seemed impossible and we have had to do it so tough but we are there. Take time to process how far we have come. Today you may shed a tear, yell from the top of your lungs, make an even BIGGER splash when you jump into the pool, grab a coffee from your local and sit and drink it in a REAL cup at a table or you may not know how to feel - its ok. Lets give a stranger a BIG eye smile and say h...i from behind your mask, check in with each other and keep connected and if you need to talk Beyond Blue have a Coronavirus Mental Wellbeing Support Service available to support. But above all - thankyou for doing what we needed to do to keep each other safe! #wearevictorians #staysafe #keepconnected #msvswimmersrock #wecandothis Masters Swimming Australia Vicsport Swimming Victoria Swimming Australia
