19.01.2022 What word would you use to describe the feeling of pool water up your nose? Did you know that the reason it hurts to inhale pool water is because chlorinated water contains less salt than the water that fills your bodys cell walls - triggering osmosis, a runny rose and that indescribable, very specific discomfort. #swimming #science #fun #mastersswimmingwa #meme

19.01.2022 We all swim because we love it. Whether its the feel of the water, the rush of competing or the journey towards a personal goal. 6 time Paralympic Champion Ellie Cole is truly an inspiration. She remind us that we are all here for the same reason, with the same heart and the same passion. No matter your age or ability, swimming is for everyone. Watch Ellies story below!
