On behalf of Masuya suisan, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that who had a came our restaurant on 09/03/18 Friday Lunch time then got food delayed, and couldnt get best customer service. Wed had problem with some order and payments printer for the operation, It was suddnely broken since the begin to whole day, during the operation, then We couldnt handle the all the situation well. I understand your frustration at havin...g not been properly serviced, Against, we are really sorry for the all the situation, At Masuya suisan, we pride ourselves on giving our 100% every day to ensure that our customers needs are being met. and we never going to make that hppend again! for all our customers We do our best!
