11.01.2022 #photodump absolutely necessary from today’s adventure. More in my stories ... x

08.01.2022 In my line of work I’m always looking for and asking about signs and symptoms. This helps me build a bigger picture to establish cause and effect in not only the skin but the the general well-being of my clients and that way I can support them the best way that I can. Signs and symptoms are not always visible to the eye. Sometimes it involves reading between the lines.. In fact many are invisible and can have a tremendous impact on the person experiencing them, impacting th...em physically, psychologically and emotionally. We all have busy lives but make sure when you have a minute you check in with your mates. Ask them how they’re going..., genuinely ask and and listen. A friendly reminder: Not everything you see on socials is a true reflection of how people really are... Have a beautiful week everyone xxx

05.01.2022 Your home could be a source of toxic exposure. Sounds scary doesn’t it? But think about it.. The cleaning products you use in your home can expose you to hundreds of synthetic compounds each day that interfere with your cells’ functioning by throwing hormones out of balance. If you clean up your environment , you can minimize toxic exposure where you live, and that can make a big difference on your toxic load. Here are some strategies:... Open your windows as much as possible to ventilate and place a few green plants around the house; they will help detoxify your air. If you have allergies, consider a high-quality air purifier for your bedroom, where you spend many hours of your life breathing deeply. Switch to natural or green household cleaners. Vinegar, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide can take care of most jobs, or purchase natural cleaners. Replace all the plastic food storage containers in your home with glass ones. An economical way to do this is to save glass jars from foods like pickles and salsa, and use those to store leftovers. Replace Teflon-coated pans with stainless steel or enameled cast iron. Filter your water. There are many levels of filtering available that can reduce harmful chemicals in your tap water or consider a reverse-osmosis system. Last but not least, your personal care products. Your soap, shampoo, skincare, make-up, deodorant, perfume, body lotion, toothpaste, mouthwash..... they are all potential sources of toxins [mild-moderate-harmful chemicals]. They all accumulate within your system, via skin, inhalation, absorption, ingestion ... Look at your ingredients and choose them wisely. xx
