It means the world to us Inline with the new state regulations, a COVID Marshall will be monitoring the venue to ensure customers are following Matcha House distancing measures. These include: ... - Limited venue capacity and seating times - Groups must wait outside - All customers are to wait behind the sign at the front door upon entry until staff are available (please wait patiently if we are busy) - Customers are not to seat themselves - Only 1 person at the counter (standing in front only) - Please sanitise your hands (hand sanitisers available to customers) - All customers must be seat (this includes not chatting to other tables whilst dining) - Please refrain from moving tables once seated - If you or any of your group members are exhibiting COVID related symptoms, entry may be refused - No outside food or drinks Although notices are on display, staff will remind customers of these protocols. Those who do not follow the advised instructions or argue with staff will be asked to leave and authorities may be called. Customer and staff safety are our priorities.
