25.01.2022 It's a New Year..we won't bore you with the 'teatox' like some tea retailers do. Instead, we'd like people to drink matcha every day because it's good for them...as is exercise, fresh air, a little sunshine and a lot of laughter. With good health comes happiness and we wish you both of these for 2018!

01.01.2022 Perth is set to sizzle even more over the next few days, so to cool off we've made a big batch of Matcha mint iced tea. 2 cups filtered water 2 flat level teaspoons of any of your favourite Matcha Zone matcha 2 cups crushed ice... 1 lime, pulped a generous handful of mint - cut up small optional: a drizzle of honey or raw brown sugar 1. Make the paste as you would for a traditional cup of Matcha, then add the 2 cups of water. If you don't have a whisk just shake in a cocktail shaker or protein shaker to allow for no lumpy bits. 2. Add ice, lime pulp and mint (and honey/brown sugar if you like sweetness) and shake. 3. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy
