19.01.2022 If your heading to the Carnival of flowers this weekend, pull in and see the Shank Brothers cooking up some delicious BBQ food, we are proud to be supplying beef for them. 14.01.2022 Raised an farmed on the darling downs, matchett meats is now selling grass fed, free range beef. Butchered locally at Maclagan meats. We offer third, quarter, half or full butchered cattle. For half and full we need a 25% deposit. The cattle range from 150kg-200kg butchered. These are rough prices. 1/3 =50-65kg 1/4= 35-50kg 1/2=75-100kg... 1=150-200kg A set price of $8/kg we don't seperate in individual cuts sorry. Custom orders are welcome at no extra cost, eg: Rolled roasts, mince, sausages, corn meat, rack of ribs etc. A printout of all weights will be available from the butcher upon delivery or pickup. 13.01.2022 Wild dog proofing the brothers property, to keep our wondering and curious pigs in and the wild dogs out.

02.01.2022 We have both fresh beef and pork picked up from the butcher on Wednesday if anyone is looking for bulk buying packs. The beef is between 40-50kg and is $8/kg ($320-$400) Pork is now also $10/kg and these packs are between 20-30kg ($200-$300) And lamb packs are still $130 for half or $250 for full.
