17.01.2022 Long post alert . Ok, so no surprise I am running behind on the schedule. Rerun round will open tonight, I will need the day to finish loading the designs. Once the rerun round is live, all retail will be closed for 2 weeks (so I don't confuse myself). If anyone would like retail please place your orders before 4pm AEST today. All tracking numbers are now updated for retail orders placed Monday - there are a few remaining customers which will be contacted today as you w...ere impacted by retail errors (SORRY) and I will work with you to resolve today. 16.01.2022 Retail orders placed during an epic restock take up to 5 business days for processing. Heres a little info on what is involved: 1 day to sort through orders, print everything, and generate a cutting spreadsheet followed by 2-3 days of cutting everything then 2 days for picking, packing and postage labels. ... I love cutting everything and seeing what everyone has picked.

06.01.2022 Stop right there, did you know the @fabricmail and Material Magic Christmas preorder opens tonight? What does this mean? Ill be opening the Australian preorder for 5 days, then all orders are sent off for printing with Sweet N Charmed factories (note, these are different to mine). TAT is 6-10 weeks for all orders to be cut, picked and posted which means customers will receive their fabrics by mid October, early November at the latest. 05.01.2022 Face Mask Update R15 - @fabricmail collab Fabric has started arriving and going straight onto the roller for cutting orders . Not all prints have arrived but they shouldnt be too far away as they are at least in the country lol. Summary updates: Currently cutting, orders will start going out tomorrow - and will continue for roughly 1 week. The Cotton Woven was printed by Sweet N Charmed and their Woven is different to Material Magics normal woven. Its thicker an...d feels so velvety and lovely. If you ordered R15 masks with R14 Furry Friends, your order will not be sent until Furry Friends fabrics are ready to post in a few weeks time.
