22.01.2022 On this weeks #MeetTheTeam Q&A series, introducing our store Sales Consultant, Belinda! Most interesting project and why? A couple on the North Shore who had custom curtains & cushions made in Ashley Wilde Group. They were so nice, easy to deal with and brave with their colour choices. It was very rewarding and fun to see their grey and yellow bedroom theme come together.... Best thing about being at MW? The team I work with. What did you want to grow up to be when you were a kid? Living on the land as a farmer/grazier like my family (but I had limited exposure/imagination I think!) Favourite product right now? All of the fabrics from Raffles Textiles! How do you have your coffee? Black, no sugar. Tell us something unique about you we dont know? Im a little bit DIY - house painting, mixing cement, lawn mowing and Im my own "pool boy"! I like to see if I can do it myself before I concede defeat and call the tradie.

08.01.2022 Introducing our #moodboardseries ... This weeks theme is TENDERNESS. Planning is key to any project. We love partnering with suppliers whose values align with ours. Here, we have a beautifully curated mood board created by our supplier, We Love Fabric expressing the theme Tenderness.

08.01.2022 This weeks colour trend selected by our very own Belinda: "Neutral with a pop of colour such as mustard. The Nordic trend continues. No doubt people feel comfortable and safe with its neutrality. Its easy to incorporate into existing colour schemes or home furnishings themes or to introduce into your home or office as new. This is best reflected through the whole range of colours from neutral buff, beige and taupe to canvas white and stark white on white. The key to its best usage is to layer the fabric textures in a home furnishing setting to add interest and definition and avoid blandness. The Scandi/Nordic colour schemes can be enhanced with a combined pop of colour such as mustard, an on-trend colour in the soft furnishing and wearable textile world in recent times and which continues through 2019."
