03.01.2022 RUSSIAN DIPS Do you want experiment another way to do DIPS? This variation of Dips will demand a good amount of strenght & power as well as core stability. It must requires some basic strength foundation such as :... 1 10 regular push ups (perfect form and control are required) 2 10 regular dips w straight legs (avoid to crossing the legs, you must keep your legs in a straight position, point toes out in order to fully engaged your legs) 3 20-30 sec hollow body core isolation exercise (Your core muscles will be stimulated a lot as well as it help you to keep yourself stable while doing the movement so your need to build up that core strenght that). 4 20-30 sec high plank w shoulder protraction (this exercise will strengthen your scapula protraction which would be a perfect foundation for dips, plank skills..) I strongly believe that any bodyweight movements can be realizable if you are putting the work and repeat those moves wisely with good technique. Be aware of your strengths skills and tracking your progress.
