06.01.2022 With schools closing due to COVID-19, many parents are looking for ways to support and facilitate at-home learning. The Mathsquad website, mathsquad.org/ks1, is here to help with FREE instructional videos and practice questions that support students’ development of basic skills that can be used by students from Grade 3 to Year 9. The videos are best used in conjunction with Weekly Worksheets, which will now be completely free until April 17th for those who want to make full use of the available resources during this time. 25.09.2021 MEET THE CREATOR: Dr Wendy Taylor is a high school maths teacher from Melbourne who began teaching in 2012. Wendy began studying a primary teaching and science double degree in 2004. Part way through the course she realised her obsession with maths was too strong to ignore, so once completing the bachelor of science went on to complete honours in maths and then a PhD. Still driven to be a teacher, she completed a Dip Ed in secondary teaching in 2011.
