I would firstly like to thank James Scott for letting us host your Reunion on Friday and i would also like to thank the Hall and the Bailey families for their wonderful feedback on Saturday night and lastly i would like to thank my amazing Matilda's team especially Macenzie and Declan you guys rock.

19.01.2022 Matilda’s would like to apologise for our chips over the weekend . As most of you know we pride ourselves on our homemade chips . These take many hours to peel and chop but we think it’s worth it . However Friday night we discovered the potatoes were quite different once cooked so we made the decision to dump all our chips we had made . We tried new potatoes Saturday lunch with not so great Success so made the decision to have brought chips Saturday night . So it you were coming expecting our lovely homemade chips I apologise and hope we can sort some better chipping potatoes for next weekend . Thanks for your understanding Mellissa

14.01.2022 Matilda's on George will be opening on Thursday's from 5.30pm till 8.00pm this week offering a roast of the week. This week is roast pork with the trimming's. We will also have some yummy desserts to choose from. Hope to see you this Thursday.

We at ‘Matilda’s on George’ know most dads would love to go fishing on Sunday rather than go out for lunch so why not bring him out to the Scottsdale RSL next Saturday night instead and let him have his day on Sunday doing just what he wants? Besides our normal menu Kris and myself are offering one of Dads old Favourites , The Mixed Grill! , how long has it been since you’ve seen one of these on a menu ? Also... if you think you’d like to share we are also going to do a ‘seafood platter for two ‘ , consisting of curried scallops , prawns, oysters , calamari, crumbed shark and more . Priority will be given to those that have indicated that they are having Breakfast or have a ticket.
