25.01.2022 Peer Support Induction complete! Thank you to our 16 select Year 7 students who will be Peer Support leaders for the upcoming transition program. They will be assisting current Year 6 students during their transition to Matraville in 2021. The future is bright!

19.01.2022 This is a school that cares. Recently Matraville Sports High had their staff complete our Mental Health Response course and will also be putting their senior cl...ass through... this is a huge step forward in how we build strong communities. What is your local school doing ? Are they ticking boxes ? Ignoring what’s going on ? Not sure what they can do ? We place our kids in the hands of teachers 5 days a week. Often they will see our kids more during the week than we do... unfortunately teachers don’t get taught what to look for and how to have a supportive, encouraging and effective conversation with a student who may be showing the signs of declining mental health... until now.

16.01.2022 Just a few weeks ago, teachers of our school participated in a Mental Health Response course through Rise Foundation Australia. What a great afternoon, equipping ourselves with practical tools and getting educated on mental health. Thank you to everyone at RFA.

06.01.2022 Congratulations and Happy Graduation to our Year 12 Class of 2020. It was so pleasing to be able to have our Year 12 parents with us to celebrate such a special event. Congratulations also to our new senior leadership team who will guide us in 2021.
