13.01.2022 What a season that was!! In the clinic this winter sport season we saw an unusually high amount of injuries. Anecdotally we saw the impacts of a condensed season with a shortened and disruptive pre-season preparation. With winter sport now wrapping up in mid October this drastically shortens the turn around to next years pre-season. This means that the usual time frame you previously had to effectively rehab prior to next season has been reduced. ... So...Get on to it!! 01.01.2022 Take a bow @gillraymond Gill recently made her return to competitive MMA with her fourth sanctioned fight, but first since shoulder surgery. Fighting for the @synergyselfdefence team she had a preparation that had everything but the kitchen sink!! ... Gill worked her way through 9 months of rehab following shoulder surgery, not one but two cancelled fights due to COVID-19 restrictions and still managed to throw down in the best shape possible. Efforts like Gills are what makes us so proud as a clinic and what motivate us to achieve these results with all of our patients!!
