25.01.2022 -- NEW WINNER -- Four year old Declaration Of War mare QUATTRO GATTI has battled it out to win by a head at Ballarat over 1400m. It was her first start for our stable, having had a 2nd and 3rd placing previously. Thanks to Ethan Brown who delivered a perfectly judged ride and congratulations to Tony & Lynn Ottobre and fellow owners. Great work Team Laurie!

The pair were in complete control throughout, leading from the jump and scoring by a comfortable half-length, taking her tally to 2 wins & 2 second placings from 4 starts since joining our stable in June. 20.01.2022 Another strong 2nd placing for MALICORNE over 1200m at Sandown, ridden by Dan Stackhouse. She has shown great fight in her two starts finishing 2nd both times; a win is hopefully not too far away for this 2yo daughter of Akeed Mofeed and Mezeray Miss.
20.01.2022 - - WINNER - - Drawing wide wasnt a problem for FOXGOSSIP today, crossing over early and leading throughout to win by 3 lengths at Sale over 1423m. Jockey Ethan Brown and the 2yo Foxwedge gelding basically ran the the field off their feet - it was a super front running display! 19.01.2022 --ALFA ORO wins again-- A lovely, soft win tonight by Alfa Oro over 1200m at Pakenham, ridden by Ben Melham. Were so thrilled that this very special horse has been able to not only recover from his injury from two years ago, but return and perform so well. As always, thank you to our awesome team at home!
18.01.2022 - - WINNER - - Our brilliant week continues with a thriling win today at Sandown by 4yo mare MAXIMAK, given a great ride by Ethan Brown over a mile. Todays win takes her record to a respectable 3 wins, 3 seconds & 2 thirds from just 11 starts. She certainly deserved a metro win today and boy did she put in the hard yards at the end! Job well done to our great team and congratulations to winning connections. :)
18.01.2022 - - FIRST START WINNER - - Three year old Akeed Mofeed filly SURFACING saluted at Dunkeld today over 1200m ridden by Campbell Rawiller Six lengths off the leader approaching the turn, Campbell gave the filly a shake up in the straight and went on to win by 2 lengths. Great work team, and congratulations to Yulong Investments.

17.01.2022 -- BENDIGO GUINEAS WIN-- RIDDLE ME THAT followed his tough last start 2nd placing at Flemington with a fighting win in the Listed Jayco Bendigo Guineas over 1400m today. Jockey Daniel Stackhouse provided an outstanding ride, slotting into a winning position by finding cover early from barrier 11. The 3yo son of Deep Field yet again proved he was all heart, hitting the front at just the right moment! 15.01.2022 A super first start for 2yo filly MALICORNE finishing 2nd today at Geelong. By Akeed Mofeed, Malicorne is a daughter of Mezeray Miss (by Artie Schiller) who Matt trained to win the Twilight Stakes (LR) at Caulfield over 1400m. Looking forward to seeing what this filly can produce in time to come.
14.01.2022 * * ALFA ORO * * Were in the winners stall again with a dominant win tonight by ALFA ORO & Ben Melham over 1200m at Pakenham. This followed a solid first up run 2 weeks ago by the classy 4yo, finishing 2nd on a heavy 9. Congratulations to winning connections and an enormous thank you to our dedicated team to get this exciting horse back to his best - hes such an awesome sight to behold!

12.01.2022 -- WINNER -- MAXIMAK cruised in for a super-soft win tonight at Cranbourne, given a perfect ride by Ben Melham over 1400m. She looked to have quite a bit in reserve and was eased up over the closing stages to win by a comfortable 2.5 lengths. By Smart Missile, Maximak is from a Starcraft mare that is a full sister to 2 time Group 1 winner We Can Say It Now. Congratulations winning connections and thanks to our great team at home.

11.01.2022 - - WINNER - - HAVIERON scores with a tough lead-all-the-way win tonight at Cranbourne over 1600m ridden by Jake Noonan, making it 2 wins in a row from 4 starts. 10.01.2022 - - SO CLOSE! - - Classy 2yo WUNAMBAL produced a super last furlong & on-the-line lunge but couldnt quite reel in the leader to run a super 2nd today at Caulfield over 1400m in a thriller. Jockey Ben Melham threw everything at him and was inches from pulling off the win; nevertheless it will hopefully leave connections very excited with the future of the Wandjina gelding. Clearly he has a big heart and a fair bit of ability - both of which should take him far. Well done team. Well get em next time!

He was given a great ride by Matt Cartwright and was too strong over the closing stages to win by just under a length. Todays super effort takes the 3yo Sea Battle geldings tally to 2 wins and 2 seconds from only 4 starts. Congratulations to winning owners & as always, a big thanks to our dedicated team.

09.01.2022 - - WINNER - - After 4 solid placings 3yo Rubick filly ALLMYLIFE snared her maiden win today at Mornington over 1200m. Perfectly positioned on pace by Daniel Stackhouse, she was strong enough to hold off a late challenge from the fast finishing placegetters. A thoroughly well-deserved win! Congratulations to Mick Harford and connections, especially the Greensborough Footy Club boys who will no doubt be enjoying this result!
07.01.2022 ALFA ORO The magnificent ALFA ORO proved yet again what a star he is with a tenacious win today over 1100m at Flemington, ridden by Ben Melham. In front early - as is his natural way of running - he fought strongly over the closing stages to win by neck in the heavy-8 going. Not only does he have great ability, he clearly has a massive heart! It goes without saying that Matt, Tahnee and the team at home have done an incredible job with Alfa Oro over the past two ye...ars; what a reward to see him sound and racing to his best ability. Congratulations again to winning connections - what a ride this boy has taken you on! May it roll on! Time for a celebratory, stiff drink I think!

Alfas win today takes him & Ben to an impressive 4-in-a-row. What a star he is; we love watching this super horse excel. In fact, we have maintained a 19% average over the past 2 years. Wed like to thank our dedicated team and every owner that has entrusted us to care for their horse over this time. 02.01.2022 --LA BELLA COSTA-- Another thrilling finish for our stable with the classy LA BELLA COSTA winning on the last stride over 1200m tonight at Pakenham. Apprentice Matthew Cartwright gave the 4yo Von Costa De Hero mare a patient ride settling back in the field and giving her every opportunity to run down the leaders.
