23.01.2022 Just finished up a training session with my client and friend, Pete Simpson. Pete has trained with me for 3 years and has I've helped him prep for 4 comps. This year we are concentrating on the IFBB Vic's and National's in October.... Bring it on.

12.01.2022 Just received some really nice words from one of my clients, Michele. Always nice to feel appreciated as a trainer! "A couple of months into my 2013 New Year’s resolution, I realised I would never reach my fitness goals on my own. I had been watching Matt train other people at my local gym for a while and I liked his calm and respectful manner towards his clients. I was also intrigued by Matt’s enormous muscles and his dedicated body building life-style I was not sure tha...t we would have much in common, or whether his approach would be right for me. It has now been a year that Matt has been working with me. We do a couple of sessions a week in strength training and he checks that I am doing my cardio and eating better.
