04.01.2022 There’s no denying that Australians love nicknames mine just so happens to be Maddog. I actually don’t remember how I got the nickname Maddog but it was certainly back in my school days. I suspect it was interest in taking on challenges others thought were too risky (or probably just too stupid haha). When asked, I typically say I can’t remember how I got the nickname, so I probably gave it to myself but it has really stuck. ... Now my wife, children and friends all refer to me as Maddog and it has become second nature. To my wife’s great concern, I may have even suggested that in anticipation of grandchildren I would want to be called Maddog. What is your nickname and more importantly, what’s the back story?
